FileFast is a filename-search app for Android and iOS, built by developers who got tired of digging through folders to find a file they know is on their phone somewhere.
Our mission
We believe finding a file on your own phone shouldn't require scrolling through a file manager, guessing which folder you saved it in, or putting up with ads to do something this basic. Search should be instant, private, and free — the way it already is on a desktop running Everything on Windows.
Why we built it
Windows has had Everything — a search tool so fast it finds any file on your whole drive before you finish typing its name. Android and iOS never got an equivalent. The file-search apps that do exist are slow, ad-heavy, or both.
So we built FileFast to close that gap, within what each platform actually allows. On Android, that means real whole-device search once you grant storage access. On iOS, Apple's sandbox means access is scoped to the folders and Photos you explicitly connect — a real platform difference, not a corner we cut, and we say so plainly in the app instead of letting iOS users assume Android-style coverage.
